VIDEOGRAPHER + EDITOR
A hands-on creative role at FRWD where you’ll own the visual storytelling behind real brand work. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and strategy team, bring brand narratives to life through compelling visuals, and deliver polished content across social and digital platforms.

What You’ll Do
(1) Shoot & Capture
- Film brand content including product shoots, talking heads, behind-the-scenes, and campaign visuals.
- Handle lighting, framing, and composition to match each brand’s visual identity.
- Operate camera equipment independently on location and in-studio settings.
(2) Edit & Deliver
- Edit brand videos, reels, and short-form content with a strong sense of pacing, flow, and storytelling.
- Apply motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to align with brand guidelines.
- Deliver export-ready files optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
(3) Brand Consistency & Collaboration
- Work closely with designers and strategists to ensure every frame reflects the brand’s personality.
- Implement feedback with precision without losing creative integrity.
- Understand how editing choices — cuts, transitions, pacing — directly influence viewer engagement and brand perception.
(4) Learning & Creative Exposure
- Getting exposure to how branding, design, and video work together at FRWD.
- Exploring basic editing styles, references, and trends relevant to brand-driven content.
- Building editing confidence, speed, and discipline through real projects in a structured environment.
