The Challenge
The Ambur Canteen, a restaurant deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of Ambur, needed a menu that showcased their authentic Biryani dishes and also conveyed the rich cultural heritage and nostalgic essence of their hometown. The challenge was to create a design that resonated with both locals familiar with Ambur’s flavours and new customers eager to explore its unique culinary offerings.
