BRAND DESIGNER

We’re looking for a designer who’s detail-obsessed, concept-driven, and ready to become a core part of our team, not just for a couple of projects, but for the long haul.

WHAT YOU'LL BE
RESPONSIBLE
FOR

(1) Brand Identity Design

  • Developing cohesive and versatile visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, patterns, and brand assets.
  • Designing brand collateral such as business cards, letterheads, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Creating visual mockups to demonstrate the real-world application of the brand identity across digital and physical platforms.

(2) Client Collaboration

  • Engaging with clients to understand their brand values, mission, and vision to guide design decisions.
  • Presenting initial concepts, mood boards, and design drafts to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind each choice.
  • Incorporating client feedback efficiently while maintaining the overall design integrity and vision.

(3) Design Consistency and Scalability

  • Ensuring design systems are adaptable for use across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Creating guidelines for consistent usage of brand assets to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Designing scalable elements that retain quality and visual impact regardless of size or medium.

(4) Innovation and Trend Adaptation

  • Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating innovative ideas into designs to keep brands modern and competitive.
  • Experimenting with new tools, techniques, and design styles to enhance creativity and originality in projects.
  • Proactively suggesting design improvements and upgrades for existing brands to keep them visually appealing and relevant.
